Jemms was formed in 2009 by Simon Kemp to tackle one problem. The Internet is not as useable is it could be. Vending machines have been good ambassadors of Usability for 100 years, so why not computer interfaces?
Often these Usability Gaps start out small and grow over time, as a Company invests around the Gap - it's effects are magnified. It is these niche gaps that we are expert in filling.
